Shipping Policy

Shipping Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipping address. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the size/weight of the package.
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier, such as delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues that arise.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Returns
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Timeframe for returns: You may return an item within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
Condition of items: Items must be in new and unused condition. As our products are not sealed and do not include packaging or tags, we ask that you take reasonable care of the item and return it in a clean and undamaged condition. Any items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a return.
Reason for return: Please contact us to provide a reason for your return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if the reason for the return does not meet our criteria.
Refund or exchange: You may choose to receive a refund or exchange for your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
Return shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Restocking fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price for any returned items that are not in their original condition.
Exceptions: Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any smoking accessories or consumable products, such as tobacco or CBD products. We also do not accept returns on any personalized or custom-made items.
